📅 3-5 Business Days: Order window is open. Due to high demand, we may close orders early to stay on schedule.

🛠️ 7-10 Business Days: Materials are sourced, and production begins. Some designs may be completed sooner.

🎁 10-15 Business Days: Final touches, quality control, packaging, and shipping.

🚚 U.S. Orders: Once shipped, expect delivery within an estimate of 5-7 business days via UPS or USPS.

What Does Qualify:

- Mirrors that arrive shattered, cracked, or structurally damaged

- Large scratches that affect the mirror’s appearance or usability

To qualify, please email us with photo or video proof within 5 days of delivery.

What Doesn’t Qualify:

- Small vinyl marks (all mirrors are handmade and 90% of mirrors have minor imperfections!)

- Does not qualify if 5 day delivery window is closed

– Small marks or scratches that aren’t noticeable when hung.

– Damage after delivery, improper installation, or accidents.

– We can’t replace mirrors due to size, style, or a change of mind.
